Lovely little and well-maintained place, I loved attentive personnel.

My room was both nicely decorated and unique with clothes washer and comfortable bed and terrace. The breakfast was plentiful and good with a lot of dishes to choose from. Comfortable and decent location so close to the Ca'd'oro vaporetto stop and Rialto bridge, I felt safe.

Had excellent stay for our vacation. The staff was very welcoming and pleasant and recommended a nice restaurant on-site. Enjoyed staying at the very affordable small queen room with terrace. Great and incredible location - an easy walk to everywhere we needed.

Location: the hotel was just off the trendiest neighbourhoods in Venice, the vaporetto stop, and water taxi. The room was good sized and unique with terrace with an exceptionally comfortable bed.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Complimentary breakfast was basic but decent, better than many places we've stayed. Plenty of coffee, juice, cereal and croissant, packet toast with spreads etc. The location is good, right in the heart of Venice. We walked from the train station (1.6kms) and it took us about 15-20 mins, though dawdlers would take longer.

Room is a bit small but hey that's Venice.
